Xpeng launched the G6 in China on June 29, with volume deliveries beginning on July 10.
The SUV was seen as crucial to turning around Xpeng's weak sales at the beginning of this year, though it has suffered from slow capacity ramp-ups in the early days after launch.
A significant expansion of Xpeng's G6 production capacity has accelerated deliveries of the model, Xpeng said on October 1.
At the end of September, cumulative deliveries of the G6 since its launch stood at 19,381 units.
