Xpeng sends second batch of 209 G3 SUVs to Norway
Chinese EV maker Xpeng Motors said on February 4 that the second shipment of 209 Xpeng G3 SUVs has recently departed Guangzhou for Europe, following the export and delivery of the first 100 G3s to Norway in 2020.
In the meantime, the first batch of G3 customers in Norway will receive their first OTA upgrade, including a range of new features and performance optimizations, such as an optimized ACC and LCC driving safety alert experience in the Active Safety Assist system, Xpeng said.
Xpeng's XPILOT autonomous driving assistance system and Xmart OS intelligent in-car system have been optimized for local Norwegian users, the company said, adding that the G3 models sold in Norway feature an English user interface and English voice assistant, and enable intelligent navigation and remote app control.
