Nio said today that it has 25 battery swap stations in Guangzhou, the capital city of southern China's Guangdong province, covering all 11 districts of the city.

Data released by the company shows that the battery swap stations are concentrated in Guangzhou's economic centers, including Tianhe and Yuexiu districts.

There is only one battery swap station each in the city's less economically developed Huadu, Conghua and Nansha districts.

It is worth noting that Nio did not add any battery swap stations today. It last added two such facilities on February 22, bringing the total to 839, according to data monitored by CnEVPost.

Of these battery swap stations in China, 225 are located along highways.

To date, Nio also has 671 supercharging stations in China, offering 3,782 charging piles, and 665 destination charging stations, offering 3,690 piles.
