Shanghai (ZXZC)- On October 30, Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation (BAIC) announced its cooperation with Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems. The two companies have signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. 

According to the agreement, BAIC and Yanfeng will maximize advantages on both sides and work together in such areas as vehicle interior, exterior, safety and seating. They will conduct deep research on the said areas and finally mass produce certain products. In the future, two companies will offer intelligent vehicle cockpit solutions and light-weight technology on the vehicle interior and exterior. 

The automaker and the supplier will set up a joint working group and will regularly exchange information on new technology and innovative ideas to implement every project.
