Shanghai(ZXZC)-On Oct. 13, Great Wall Motor released an announcement, saying that it didn't sign any legal documents with BMW to establish a JV company in China. According to the announcement, Great Wall Motor and Mini brand had signed a confidentiality agreement on the feasibility of discussing and developing pure electric vehicle and fuel-powered vehicles on Apr. 18, 2016.
