On Aug.22nd, LeSEE announced a new vice chairman and CEO and COO of LeSEE China after many days’ silence. Hailiang Zhang will be LeSEE’s vice president and CEO while Jingshen Gao was named COO of LeSEE China.

LeSEE said the company is at the critical stage to implement its strategy. These changes will help to strength the company’s close-loop management on strategic goals and operations, improve its internal operation efficiency.

According to LeSEE’S plan, Zhang will be responsible for making strategies and planning overall business of the company. Gao will take full participation in the designing and management of LeSEE China’s annual plan, budget and organization planning. Gao’s duties also include bettering management system and other systems to realize annual organizational performance goals. Gao will report to CEO of LeSEE China and help CEO to implement management system.

The information shows that Zhang came to serve as president and COO of LeSEE China in April, 2016. In March, 2017, he was promoted the LeSEE’s CEO. He is a veteran in auto industry who was once SAIC Motor’s vice president and promoted SAIC to the sales crown in China.

Gao joined LeSEE in the April of 2015 and was named vice president of LeSEE China. He once took up several management positions in Guangqi Honda.
