Wuling Hongguang’s first SUV model S3 has made debut in April, 2017. It’s known that it will be officially launched in September. The new model adopts single banner honeycomb air-inlet grille dotted with chrome-trim decoration in its front face. It will equip with a 1.5L naturally-aspirated engine. Besides, the new is positioned as a middle-size SUV with 2+2+3 seat layout.

The new model’s sharp front face, along with the LED daylights, makes it distinct among other models. Besides, the sharp front bumper and vertical triangle fog lights decorated with black guard board show a sporting image.

The model’s straight side lines and waist lines show a sense of layers. It uses willow-shape design in its tail, with LED light source in internal light groups giving off great lights. The black decoration board in the back bumper matching with heads, along with silver board in the bottom part, will protect the model when the road condition is bad. It mainly uses black and orange in its interior seat colors, with 11-inch electronic panel around the steering wheel.

The model will equip with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine co-named L2B, with the maximum power of 85 KW and peak torque of 147 NM. It also equips with 6-speed MT. Besides, S3 will adopt front engine rear drive and rear-independent suspension structure.
