Shanghai 24th July 2017 ZXZC-Tianjin FAW has six available models, including sedan and SUV. Online car market is informed from Tianjin FAW official that the first electric model Junpai A70E will be listed in August, and the new compact sedan Junpai A50 will be put on the market in the fourth quarter of this year. A70E is equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motor, the mileage can reach up to 280km, beyond the pure electric model BMW i3.

Junpai A70E

Junpai A70E is a pure electric version of the existing A70 model, which embodies a new energy logo, indicating the pure electric identity. The taillights are transverse polygon shape, echoing headlamps and integrating LED lights in internal parts. Compared with gasoline models, a blue "E" logo is added to the tail, and there is a black guard board under the bumper .

Junpai A70E is equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motor, whose maximum power can reach 80kW, a 100% charge costs half an hour. Under the comprehensive conditions, the life mileage can achieve 280km. Compared with the pure electric vehicle BMW i3, it has more advantages in the mileage and fast charge time. The model is equipped with a heat pump air conditioning system and a non-decoupled brake energy recovery system which can help reduce energy consumption by 50% and extend battery life by 10%.

Junpai A50

Junpai A50 is designed by IDG company, a inverted trapezoidal three-banner grille is used in front face, in the central there is a FAW logo. Both sides of the front bumper are decorated with banners and fog lamps are integrated.

The side line of the car looks smooth, waist parts are directly connected with the taillamp group. The tail is divided into two layers by a chrome and is connected to taillights.

Junpai A50 will provide two engine options: one is 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, with maximum power of 75kW and peak torque of 135Nm; and it will match 5-speed automatic transmission. Another is 1.0T turbocharged engine with the maximum power of 88kW and peak torque of 170Nm, it may match the 6-speed manual and 7DCT dual-clutch gearbox.
