Tesla surpasses 600 supercharger stations in China
Tesla surpassed 600 supercharger stations in China with the launch of five new ones on December 19.
The five supercharger stations are located in Beijing, Hangzhou, Kunming, Foshan, and Zhoukou, the US EV maker said on Weibo on Saturday.
From 300 to 500, it took Tesla 11 months. From 500 to 600, it took only 19 days, with a maximum of 27 stations opened in a single day.
With the completion and commissioning of Tesla's Shanghai charging pile factory in 2021, Tesla's charging network layout density is expected to further increase.
Previously, Tesla has said that it hopes to let users buy a Tesla, not only to get a very forward-looking intelligent product but also to enjoy a complete set of charging service network.
Today, Tesla superchargers are located throughout China, covering 290 cities.
