Nio's first supercharging station in central China's Henan province put into trial operation
Nio's first supercharging station in central China's Henan province has been inaugurated in Kaifeng and is now open for trial operation to all new energy vehicle owners, reports the local Henan Daily.
This is Nio Power's third supercharging station after Suzhou and Xi'an, and the first in Henan province to be funded by car owners, with a maximum charge of 135 kWh per hour.
The supercharging station is located in the southern section of Jinming Avenue in Kaifeng City, south to the intersection of the Kaifeng Zhengmin Expressway and north to the intersection of the Lianhuo Expressway, with a parking area of 300 square meters.
It can accommodate 8 cars charging at the same time, there are 300 square meters of exhibition hall lounge free tea supply.
In July last year, the first Nio supercharging station was completed and opened for trial operation in Suzhou, which is located at the local Nio Delivery Center.
The Suzhou Supercharger has four superchargers with a maximum output of 250A and a maximum power of 105 kW per hour. It costs 1.2 RMB/kWh and is open 24 hours a day.
For the 70kWh version of the ES8 and ES6, it takes only about 30 minutes to charge 60%. Owners can operate and view it through the Nio app.
Starting from the third quarter of last year, Nio Superchargers have started to be built in cities across the country, complementing the Nio Power system.
