Huawei plans to launch HiCar, a system that allows drivers to use navigation, voice assistants and other apps on their phones on the car's digital dashboard, this year.
The Huawei HiCar platform will allow users to operate the vehicle's air conditioning and doors from their phones, while providing crash prevention features. These controls are not limited to in-vehicle entertainment systems, but also require cooperation with the car manufacturer.
