Visitors to the center can get an up-close look at models such as the Polestar 3, Polestar 4, and Polestar Synergy, while also enjoying exclusive maintenance services.

The Polestar Shanghai Experience Center serves as a new showcase for the brand's appeal and product strengths to Chinese consumers, marking a significant step in Polestar's deepening commitment to the Chinese market.

To advance its localization efforts, Polestar joined forces with DreamSmart Group in 2023 to establish the joint venture Polestar Technology. This venture leverages Polestar's expertise in design and product performance alongside DreamSmart Group's forward-looking capabilities in software and consumer electronics hardware development. Together, they aim to strengthen Polestar's position in China's competitive new energy vehicle (NEV) market.

On August 13, Polestar Technology held a grand ceremony to celebrate the opening of its new headquarters in the Jiangning Development Zone, Nanjing. The facility houses an integrated center comprising a R&D center, an operations center, a procurement center, a sales center, and a delivery center. Polestar is committed to investing in personnel for R&D, sales, and operations here to develop the Polestar OS, an intelligent automotive operating system dedicated to Polestar's cars, along with a suite of smart supporting products. This initiative aims to break down barriers between automotive and related intelligent products, expanding Polestar's high-end product lineup and driving the brand's manufacturing and sales in the Chinese market.

Looking ahead, Polestar plans to harness China's industrialization and intelligent technology advantages to continue developing and launching smarter, more localized models tailored to the Chinese market. Among these, the Polestar 7 and Polestar 8 are currently in the planning stages and are expected to debut within the next two years, catering to the diverse mobility needs of domestic users.
