Stellantis (Shanghai) Automotive Co., Ltd. serves as the primary business entity for Stellantis in the Chinese market, overseeing operations for the Jeep, Alfa Romeo, DS, and Mopar brands.
Douglas Ostermann, Chief Operating Officer for China, and a member of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team China, stated: "Stellantis will continue its asset-light business model in China.
