Beijing (ZXZC)- On August 12, BAIC Group and ZTO Express signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, marking the beginning of a deepened partnership in logistics, supply chain management, and vehicle procurement.

In the area of logistics and supply chain collaboration, both companies will leverage ZTO Express’ advanced technology and resources in warehousing, transportation, and distribution to enhance BAIC Group's logistics and supply chain network. BAIC Group will also utilize ZTO Express’ diverse logistics scenarios to explore product research and commercialization in V2X, new energy, and hybrid technologies.

Regarding vehicle procurement, BAIC Group will provide ZTO Express with a full range of vehicles and customized mobility solutions. This includes offering high-quality, efficient logistics equipment through vehicle customization, technology upgrades, service enhancements, and the application of cutting-edge technologies. In return, ZTO Express will support the promotion of BAIC Group’s products.

Furthermore, the two companies will actively expand their cooperation in digital logistics and technology, exploring solutions in digital transportation, intelligent warehousing, and automation using IoT, AI, and big data. They will also enhance collaboration in talent exchange and training.
