Shanghai, April 5th, ZXZC - After the introduction of three new domestic SUV in two consecutive years, Jeep, a brand under Fiat Chrysler Automobile Sales Co. Ltd.(GAC FCA), further improves its product lineup. GAC FCA sales surged 179,872 units in 2016. IIA learned from the Guangzhou Automobile Group that wholesale volume of GAC FCA reached 21,165 vehicles in March, an increase of nearly two times. Sales of the first quarter amounted to 49,832 units, an increase of 75.7%. According to its plan, Jeep will launch three new models this year.

In March this year, monthly sales of GAC FCA reached over 20,000 units for the first time, reaching a record high, a total of 21,165 vehicles, an increase of 96%. Thanks to the new compass of Jeep, launched at the end of 2016, GAC FCA sold 49,832 vehicles in the first quarter, an increase of 75.7%.

Since the establishment of GAC FCA, sales has been rising constantly, and the largest contributor is Jeep’s domestic models. The new compass also achieved good results, with a total of 6,924 units sold in the first quarter.

Zheng Jie, COO of Fiat Chrysler Group and President of GAC Fiat Auto Company, LTD., said, "GAC FCA will have more than 500 dealers in 2018, and we will not integrate the existing dealer network in the same way, but transform and upgrade the current 4S stores with a modular approach."
