Contributed by newly launched vehicles like rectified A6L, an entirely new generation A4L and A4 allroad and the force of existing models, Audi was satisfied with the past 2016 sales. According to the latest sales data of Audi from FAW-Volkswagen’s website, FAW-Volkswagen’s Audi brand totally delivered 589,088 units vehicles in 2016(including imported cars), a year-on-year growth of 3.7%, among which domestically made vehicles have been sold 539 thousand units, exceeding the sales target and unceasingly take the lead in race of domestic luxury vehicle market.

As for each products, the two domestically made vehicles, Audi A6L and Q5 have been sold 137,696 and 128,140 units respectively; Audi A3 and Q3, the two compact cars with the largest annual sales growth, had a year-on-year growth of 32.7% and 28.0%, and were sold 84860 and 89,435 units respectively. Annual sales of a new generation A4 has reached 98869 units.

In 2016, Audi has listed multi new products in Chinese market. The main tone of FAW-Volkswagen in 2017 will be “Focus”, with Audi to continually make force in 2017 with its new products like a brand new generation Q5, the new A3 series and a new generation A5, etc.
