On Dec. 15th, Made in China Forum 2025 was hold in Great Hall of the People in Beijing. CIMC and its affiliated 5 enterprises, publicity ambassador of United Nations’ sustainable development projects, chairman&president of Gree Mrs. Dong Mingzhu, Wanda Group of Dalian city，together with Zhuhai Yinlong signed an agreement for jointly capital-increase, planning to add 3 billion yuan to make cars. CIMC added 200 million yuan and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhuhai Yinlong.

Mrs. Dong Mingzhu, Beijing Yanzhao Huijin International Investment Co., Ltd, Wanda Group of Dalian city, Jiangsu Jingdong Bangneng Investment Management Limited and 5 units or individuals possessed 22.388% equity stake of Zhuhai Yinlong in total.

Previously, Mrs. Dong Mingzhu was frustrated with her efforts to make cars and failed to have Gree’s purchasing price for Zhuhai Yinlong approved by shareholders meeting, which showed that Mrs. Dong’s method to make cars won’t work. However, this time Mrs. Dong increased capital in her own name, which showed her huge courage.

When talking about why invest Yinlong, Wang Jianlin, chairman of Wanda Group remarked that, Wanda and Gree are closely strategic partners that have worked together for several years and gained great benefit from the cooperation. All the small household appliances of Wanda Group are designatedly made by Gree, which is the base. What’s more, Mr. Wang Jianlin trusts Mrs. Dong Mingzhu.

According to Mr. Wang Jianlin, Zhuhai Yinlong is Wanda’s first investment for manufacturing industry in recent 30 years, a huge global investment. He thought the project is promising, which may not lie in new energy vehicles but more in energy storage.

Li Yihui, vice-president of CIMC, thought the advantage of CIMC was that it has resources of energy and logistics accumulated for 30 years, while Zhuhai Yinlong gained achievements in lithium titanate battery, new energy vehicles and energy storage, the two companies will benefit from each other in future cooperation.
