Last month, when LeEco was in its 12 anniversary, Mr. Jia Yueting , the chairman of LeEco, issued a letter to insiders, which rethought the questions encountered with LeEco during the first stage of the development of ecological stratergy, especially the tension of capital chain.

The letter caused a great disturbance. Some of the skeptics and competitors began to blame LeEco and some supporters became hesitate and changing from support to wait-and-see. While Mr Jia said he has no regret for this.

On Dec. 11th, at the “Annual Meeting of China’s Top Entrepreneurs 2016”, Jia Yueting responded to some of the queries for capital chain, currencies deposit of listed and unlisted companies, and the company’s decision-making.

LeEco is to adjust the structure with strategy stay the same

Jia Yueting said that, the stocks are going down recently, which disturbed some of the important items that are under planning, LeEco has applied for delisting now and the integration of industry and capital are in promotion.

LeEco has two choices at present situation. One is to be the extension cord of traditional internet and hardware giant leading industry in accordance with the safety and traditional way, waiting to be dominated or cash out after being merged and purchased. The other is to explore a new way to be a brand new company with power of overthrow and value creation. LeEco is to choose the latter with Jia Yueting pointed out that, LeEco are going to adjust the pacing and action planning while the strategy is to stay the same.

The overthrowing strategies will not be voted by the board

When someone queries whether Jia Yueting has an inflated power and are there any balancers, he remarked that, it is true with unlisted system, because overthrowing decisions always made by the minority; LeEco is democratic with strategic realization and the implementation of actions, only several key strategies will be made by him.

He also said, all subverters are optimists; and money transfer is normal between unlisted departments, whose premise is not to inflect their own businesses, LeEco will in conformity with certerions.

Strategies of LeEco will remain the same

On Dec. 11th, Mr Jia revealed that, 60%-70% of the question for capital chain is solved and it will recover within 3 to 4 months.

When questioned by medias about the pawned stock which is close to the close position, Mr. Jia responded that, the slump of share prices will inflect the pawned stocks more or less, but it is far away from the warning line.

Senior executives to raise funds is bullshit

Mr. Jia remarked that, the tension of capital chain is mainly in mobile phone businesses, which is resulted by its persisting in cost-lower pricing, fast increasing of mobile phone sales for a long time and tension in capital turnover.

Therefore, LeEco is to adjust the pace of strategies and focus on the operation of exist businesses. Problems of mobile phone are under solving and Pro3 is supplying again.
