News from public resources trading center of the Deqing County reveals that a deal on land, with the area of 900,400 square meters, was made on the afternoon of December 9th for industrial purposes. The price is 279 million yuan, and the buyer is LeEco Auto(Zhejiang) Limited.

Earlier Le Auto has reached an official cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Province that LeSEE(Super Electronic Ecosystem) would be officially settled in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

LE Auto officially announced then that LeSee would be located in Mogan Mountain National Economic Development Zone, Deqing, Huzhou City, Zhejiang province, China. The total investment of the project reaches 20 billion yuan. The factory in the first phase covers an area of about 4,300 mu, and the first phase of the project will realize an annual output of 200,000 vehicles with four automobile manufacturing processes(stamping, welding, painting, assembly) and supporting factories. After the accomplishment of the second phase of the project, the factory will have an annual production capacity of 400,000 vehicles.

It is also worth mentioning that, on November 15th, over a dozen leaders of domestic enterprises like leaders of Heilan Group, Hengxing Group, Yihua Group, Man Wah Holdings, Yuyue Group, Luye Group, etc. gathered in Le Building. They signed the investment agreement of the first phase with Le Holdings.

It is known that over a dozen enterprises including the above six, clearly expressed their intention to invest in Le Auto, a total investment of $600 million. The investment will be divided into two phases. The first phase, $300 million, will be transferred to the account in this month. The funds will be invested in LeEco and LeEco Global.
